Built for the room, not the brochure
We started with a simple view: a good event is one where the audience leaves with something, and the organiser sleeps the night before.
Incorporated in Malaysia and based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, the company is engaged in the business of meeting, incentive, convention and exhibition (MICE) organisation, together with promotions, event management and education services.
Coming from the Lincoln group, we bring an academic habit to commercial work: plan carefully, keep records, and measure what happened afterwards.
Four habits we do not bend on
Say it straight
If a date, a venue or a budget will not work, we say so at the briefing — not three weeks before the event.
Guard the details
Delegate lists, sponsor terms and unreleased programmes stay confidential, during the event and afterwards.
Run on time
A published run-sheet, rehearsed changeovers and a crew that starts before the first delegate arrives.
Leave something behind
Every programme carries an education element, so delegates take home more than a tote bag.
