1. Acceptance

By using this website, or by registering for an event organised by Lincoln TCM Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202301018556 (1512478-M)), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or register.

2. Use of this website

• The site is provided for information about the company and its events.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use automated means to extract content at scale.
• Content may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

3. Intellectual property

Text, layout, graphics and the company name and marks on this site belong to Lincoln TCM Sdn Bhd or to its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written permission. Photographs are licensed from their respective photographers.

4. Bookings and payment

• A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation.
• Fees are payable in the currency and by the date stated on the invoice.
• Places may be released if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
• Cancellations, transfers and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Conduct at events

Participants are expected to behave courteously and to follow the instructions of venue staff and our crew, including safety and security requirements. We may refuse admission to, or remove from, an event any person whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund.

6. Photography and recording

Events may be photographed, filmed or streamed for reporting and promotional purposes. By attending, you accept that you may appear in such material. If you prefer not to be featured, tell the organising team on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Recording of sessions by participants requires prior permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lincoln TCM Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or attendance at an event, and our total liability in connection with an event is limited to the fees paid for it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Participants are responsible for their own belongings, travel and insurance.

8. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failure to perform where it is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, government action, industrial action, utility or venue failure. In such cases we will postpone or cancel and apply the Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
